This course is designed for organisation-wide delivery and provides employees, especially those in manager and leadership roles, with general knowledge of how to delegate tasks effectively, and how to get the most out of workplace delegation.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this course, participants will have the necessary information to be able to break down tasks into appropriate categories; delegate tasks effectively; and manage employees who have been delegated tasks, without hovering or micro-managing. Participants will also be able to delegate tasks in order to maximise job satisfaction for all members of the team.
